Handwoven Māori Harakeke Raranga, Flax weaving by Kiriana O’Connell (Ngāti Tūkorehe, Pākehā.)
She has studied raranga (flax weaving) for the past 18 years.
All harakeke is harvested locally on the North Shore of Auckland, prepared, boiled and dyed by hand.
