Kanako Yoshida is an emerging Japanese ceramicist who has a strong following through select galleries throughout Japan. Yoshida known for her serene tea ware which are created to enhance the experience of the ritual of tea making and sharing.

Kanako is traveling to New Zealand for the opening of Modern Japan Craft exhibition 23' this year, and taking this opportunity of having her unique knowledge, we have created three courses of pairing experiences with three different kinds of teas & sweets. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, experience her tea ware and enjoy a tasting of wonderful Japanese tea and crafted sweets by Public Record’s Masami Ono – you might have tasted some of her famous treats at our exhibition openings, which have been incredibly popular.

Please join us this intimate ceremonial experience and with our Japanese artist. These will be small group sessions, with only three sessions available.
